All charges are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on MarketEye servers — they are tokenised and held by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. By purchasing a membership you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
A one-time trial fee of $28 is charged at the time of your initial registration. This gives you a 28-day trial of the full MarketEye membership and is not refundable. It covers:
The trial fee is charged only once and does not recur. At the end of the 28-day trial, your membership transitions to the quarterly billing cycle if you choose to continue.
After a successful enrollment, your quarterly membership begins immediately. Your card on file will be charged $900 for the first 90-day period at the start of membership, and then automatically every 90 days thereafter until you cancel.
Your renewal date is calculated from the date your first quarterly charge was processed. You can confirm your next billing date by emailing [email protected].

Access to the above is contingent on your membership remaining in good standing (i.e. no outstanding failed payments or active disputes).
Your membership renews automatically every 90 days. You will not receive a separate reminder before each charge. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
By providing your payment details and completing enrollment, you authorise MarketEye, LLC to charge your card on a recurring 90-day basis until you cancel. See Cancellation Instructions for how to stop future charges.
If a payment is declined, Stripe will automatically retry the charge over the following several days. During this period your access may be restricted. If the charge cannot be collected after retries, your membership will be paused and you will be notified by email.
To restore access, contact [email protected] to update your payment method. Access will be reinstated promptly upon successful payment.
MarketEye, LLC reserves the right to adjust membership pricing. If your rate changes, you will be notified by email at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue at the updated rate.
Prices listed are in USD. Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added at checkout as required by law. MarketEye, LLC is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or card issuer (e.g. foreign transaction fees).
